Inside Sales Executive

We are a Santa Barbara, CA based, well-funded, fast growing online mattress company seeking a dynamic individual to become the leader of our inside sales team. This position is unique as you will be the first inside sales executive with the opportunity to establish and lead our inside sales team.  You will work directly with the CEO to establish new sales channels. About Lull Ventures, LLC

Lull is a Santa Barbara, CA based direct-to-consumer mattress company. We design, engineer and craft our mattresses using only the highest quality materials. We deliver this incredible sleep experience directly to our customers' doorstep at a fraction of the cost of a traditional mattress. Our customers can try our mattresses for 100 days, then decide if the mattress is right for them. If not, we will pick it up for free and offer a full refund.

Who are we looking for?
You must be competitive, love selling and are eager to advance your sales career. You must have a strong desire to earn exceptional commissions while you have the opportunity to establish an inside sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, develop, negotiate and close new business
  • Networking, Relationship Building, Cold Calling, Lead Follow-up 
  • Execute strategic sales strategies and presentations
  • Produce and manage accurate forecasts 
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams
  • Present effectively to external customers across all levels from staff to C-suite executives

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably B2B
  • Experience using a consultative, solution based sales methodology
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms
  • Understanding of marketing and customer acquisition processes
  • Experience selling into Property Management, Hotels, Resorts and Home Services verticals a plus
  • Proven record of success achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, marketing or business preferred
  • Experience working in a start-up environment or ability to work in rapidly expanding and changing environment
